The Kiernan Family is a very active bunch, dealing with some challenging health issues. Lizzy, the middle daughter, was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Rocco creates healthy versions of some of the Kiernan's favorites, including homemade chicken noodle soup and miracle risotto with mushrooms.

Kenley & Julia are young, energetic friends living together in New York City. They try to eat right, but often skip meals, and when presented with a delicious meal or a big slice of cake, they just can't help themselves! Rocco teaches them how to prepare a low carb banana smoothie, lemon pasta with shrimp, and ricotta cheesecake.
